The Plan Builder uses a guided questionnaire approach to generate professional, audit-ready compliance documents. Each plan type covers a specific regulatory requirement, walking you through the relevant sections with AI assistance.

Written HazCom Program
Every employer with hazardous chemicals in the workplace must have a written Hazard Communication Plan as required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200. This is the first and most comprehensive plan type available in the Plan Builder.

For Standard and Pro plans, AI powers the entire process:
- Dynamic Questions — AI generates tailored questions based on your actual data (e.g., specific handling procedures for the chemicals at your site)
- Auto-Suggested Answers — AI pre-fills answers using your company data with accept/dismiss controls
- Confidence Scoring — Each generated section includes a confidence score
Auto-Setup (Standard + Pro)
When you create a premium plan, the system automatically:
- Gathers your company profile and site information
- Fetches relevant data (chemical inventory, SDS data, hazard classifications)
- Builds enriched regulatory context
- Generates dynamic questions tailored to your situation
- Pre-fills answers for both static and dynamic questions
You see an animated progress overlay and are automatically transitioned to the questionnaire when setup completes.

- Requires 100% questionnaire completion before generation

After plan content is generated, edit in a split view:
